1. Transport Selection

We offer two primary international transport methods:

Sea Freight: Approx. 32 Days

The most cost-efficient and commonly selected method. Motorcycles are containerized and secured in custom-built wooden crates. Ideal for collectors who prioritize value without urgency.

Air Freight: Approx. 3-4 Days

Significantly faster and recommended for time-sensitive acquisitions, exhibitions, or events. Air freight costs are substantially higher but drastically reduce transit time and handling stages.

We advise clients based on destination, urgency, and insurance valuation. Our team regularly ships motorcycles purchased from our classic motorcycle inventory to collectors worldwide.

2. Payment Confirmation & Export Preparation

• Export documentation prepared
• Commercial Invoice and Packing List issued
• Ownership and transfer documents finalized
• Shipping instructions coordinated with the client

3. Professional Crating & Protective Packaging

The motorcycle is transferred to our trusted international freight forwarder.

• Fuel stabilized to safe transport levels
• Battery disconnected
• Sensitive components protected
• Painted and chromed surfaces soft-wrapped

The motorcycle is secured inside a custom-built wooden export crate designed specifically for international transport.

• Heavy-duty base anchoring
• Wheel chocking and frame stabilization
• Suspension compression control
• Moisture barrier protection
• Internal structural bracing to prevent movement

The objective is zero movement during transit. The same mechanical care used during our vintage motorcycle restoration work is applied during preparation for shipping.

4. Customs Handling & Port Processing

• Export customs declaration
• Port handling procedures
• Container loading supervision
• Bill of Lading issuance

Sea freight departures occur weekly. Once the shipment is onboard, all shipping documentation and tracking details (for Air Freight) are provided to the client.

5. International Transit & Tracking

• Shipping tracking number (for Air freight)
• Estimated arrival timeline
• Freight documentation for customs clearance
• Coordination support with destination brokers if required

6. Import & Registration Documentation

Each motorcycle is shipped with full export documentation:

• Commercial Invoice
• Bill of Lading / Airway Bill
• Packing List
• Certificate of Deleting Registration
• Ownership Declaration / Bill of Sale
• Certificate of Origin

These documents allow the client to clear customs, register the motorcycle and obtain collector or historical vehicle registration where applicable. So far, all motorcycles we have delivered to customers worldwide have been easily registered with new license plates, without any complications.

7. Door-to-Door Delivery (Optional)

For maximum convenience, we offer door-to-door delivery service to most countries worldwide.

• Destination customs coordination
• Inland transport from port or airport
• Direct delivery to the client's location

8. Insurance & Risk Management

Upon request we can arrange:

• Marine cargo insurance
• Air freight insurance
• Declared value coverage

We strongly recommend full insurance coverage for rare and high-value motorcycles.
