Specialists in antique, classic, veteran and vintage motorcycles.
The Vintage Motorcycles was founded upon a story that few outside Vietnam truly know.
Long before modern motorcycles dominated Southeast Asia's roads, Vietnam was home to a remarkable influx of European and American machines. During the periods of French colonial presence and later the American era, numerous prestigious motorcycle marques were officially imported into Vietnam. These motorcycles were brought by French administrators, military personnel, American officers, diplomats, engineers, and international merchants who required reliable transportation across the region.
Beyond official use, affluent Vietnamese businessmen and elite families of the time also imported motorcycles directly from Europe and the United States. These machines were not merely vehicles, they were symbols of engineering excellence, mobility, and status.
When the wars ended and new decades began, the landscape of transportation changed dramatically. Modern Japanese motorcycles became widespread, practical, and affordable. The great European and American classics gradually disappeared from daily roads. Many were stored away, neglected, or quietly preserved in private hands across the countryside.
For decades, these historic machines remained hidden, untouched witnesses to an extraordinary period of history.
Our journey began with the careful search for these surviving motorcycles throughout Vietnam. We have sourced machines from remote provinces, private estates, old warehouses, and family collections - uncovering authentic pieces of motorcycling heritage that had not seen the road for generations.
Each motorcycle we acquire carries not only mechanical value, but also cultural and historical significance.
Once sourced, every machine undergoes a meticulous, ground-up restoration process. We utilize globally recognized suppliers and specialists to ensure every component meets the highest standards of historical correctness and mechanical reliability.
Wherever possible, we use original parts. When originals are no longer obtainable, we source the most accurate period-correct components available internationally.
Many of these restored machines eventually become part of our vintage motorcycles for sale, available to collectors around the world.
Our philosophy is uncompromising: authenticity before convenience, integrity before profit.
With over forty years of experience in antique and classic motorcycles, our team has cultivated deep knowledge of pre-war and early post-war engineering. From pioneering early machines of the late nineteenth century to the mechanical masterpieces of the 1930s and 1940s, we understand the nuances that separate a superficial refurbishment from a historically faithful restoration.
We do not restore motorcycles for appearance alone. We restore them as they were meant to be, mechanically sound, aesthetically correct, and true to their factory origins.
Collectors interested in the technical process can learn more about our classic motorcycle restoration services.
Our restorations reflect concours-level standards, with careful attention to period finishes, correct fasteners, proper metallurgy, authentic paint schemes, and precision engine rebuilding.
Vietnam occupies a unique place in vintage motorcycle history. Unlike many Western markets where early machines were heavily modified, raced, or dismantled for parts, a significant number of motorcycles in Vietnam survived decades with relatively low mileage and limited alteration.
The country's historical circumstances inadvertently preserved these machines.
Today, through trusted networks and long-standing relationships, we continue to locate and recover exceptional motorcycles that deserve a second life, not as relics, but as living machines ready to be appreciated by collectors worldwide.
Over four decades, we have proudly supplied restored classic motorcycles to private collectors and enthusiasts across Europe, North America, Australia, and beyond.
Our reputation has been built on transparency, technical expertise, and attention to historical detail. Every motorcycle is carefully documented, thoroughly inspected, and honestly represented before becoming available in our classic motorcycle inventory.
For us, this is not simply commerce.
These motorcycles are mechanical art forms. They are milestones of human engineering. They are tangible links to another era, one defined by craftsmanship, durability, and purposeful design.
We are restorers, historians, riders, and lifelong enthusiasts dedicated to preserving these extraordinary machines for future generations.
From Vietnam to the world, we continue to rediscover history - one motorcycle at a time.
We invite you to explore our vintage motorcycles for sale and join us in preserving the legacy of classic motorcycling.
